Hypnosis Help

Hypnosis is the most powerful way to bring about real and lasting change. It has proven itself to be a highly effective therapy in breaking any habit. I use it when working with people to break their habit of fear, as in their anxiety.

I also use hypnosis to help clients to break other habits – including nail biting, smoking, binge eating and obsessive thinking to name a few.

The type of hypnosis I use is called Ericksonian Hypnosis, named after Milton Erickson the person who established the very simple and respectful approach to hypnosis. I’ve been fortunate to learn that approach from Dr Rob McNeilly MD, who studied with Dr Erickson and who has practised this elegant art for three decades.
